A case of Bowen's disease with Malignant Melanoma is reported in this article.The 77-year-old male patient had suffered from macula on his left waist for 10 years and dark brown macula on his left lower abdomen for 4 years.Histopathological examination on the left side of the waist macula showed that stratum spinosum cells were arranged in disorder, with visiable allotypic nuclear division and tumor giant cells. Histopathological examination on macula in the left lower abdomen showed that the whole epidermatic melanocytes were in proliferation,as well as the lymphoid chromatophore cells of cutis vera were in zonal distribution,and mesh melanin granules could be found between the papillary layer and the reticular layer of dermis;The immunohistopathology results were:HMB45 (+), S100 (+), CK (±). With all damaged skin incised,the follow-up two years'  visits indicate no recurrence.
