The geometry of the gas rudder compartment body is complex, and the paste layer is very thin. The dimension requirements of the non-processing plane is very strict. The design and manufacture of the paste layer forming process and the molding procedure of composite materials have great difficulty. In this paper, authors discussed the theory in the current manufacturing process and the overall molding methods in the process of repression, aluminum alloy matrix deformation, non-processing of larger size and shape of deviation, the suppression of the temperature, so that the role of tempering softening problems such as aluminum, and discussed through the use of molded expected to increase the liquidity and a reasonable charge-path design process, has basically solved the complex, thin-wall cavity injection, and other problems.

It is difficult for the design and manufacture of the paste layer forming process and the molding procedure of composite materials duo to the complex geometry of the gas rudder compartment body,the thin paste layer and the rigorous dimension requirements of the non-processing plane. In the present study, the theory in the current manufacturing process, aluminum alloy matrix deformation when rolled in the process of the overall molding forming, the deviation of non-processing planes in size and shape and the softening resulting in the temper due to the effect of the rolled temperature have been investigated. In addition, the injection cast with the the complex, thin-wall cavity was carried out by increasing the liquidity of the mold materials and designing the reasonable injection path.

还有一个问题大一点,在英文中,主动语态是不如中文受欢迎的。。。 我解释一下:提的这个意见本身是不错的,不过这都是以前的认识了。看看现在Ei和SCI文章的摘要就可以发现,大量使用主动语态来表达。而国内的很多期刊的英文摘要还是因袭以往的被动语态,有些极端的,非要给你改成被动语态,我个人以为这大可不必:D

本人所看文献有限,但大量使用主动语态的好像还没怎么碰到。
主动被动其实不重要,重要的是文章能发表

The rudder burning chamber has complex shape, thin pasted layer and tight dimensional requirement on the non-machining surfaces. The forming techniques for the paste layer and composite alloy is quite difficult. So does the forming fixture design and fabrication.
This article discussed the issues regarding the deformation of alloy base part under processing pressure by using current technique theory and single mold forming method, the large geometrical and dimensional variations on non-machining surfaces, and aluminum alloy become soften under processing temperature. The proven solutions of pasting thin-wall cavities by increasing the mold pressure to improve the pasting flow, and designing proper pasting path are also discussed.
