To resume abnormal scheduled flight is a NP-hard problem, the accurate modeling and rapid and effective solution of this very problem is very important for optimization and usage of civil aviation resources，as well as reducing operating costs of civil aviation enterprises and improve the quality of passenger services.This article uses Constraint Programming Modeling, and design a tabu search algorithm based on a framework provided by optimize components of ILOG Slover to solve the problem about resumation of abnormal scheduled flight.This algorithm,compared with the direct use of optimize components,has raised the efficiency of the neighborhood search, and can meet the time requirements of large-scale scheduled flight resumptions.The article also gives examples of real-time validation and effectiveness of this algorithm.
