我5月1号投的稿件，5月2号编辑回了信，原文如下：
Dear ****,

I have reed your manuscript # BOTJLS-May-2008-0299-OM entitled "##############" and regret that I am unable to publish this in the Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society.

Although your manuscript does have significance to plant taxonomy, our Editorial Board does not want me to publish #####except in full revisions, and only such papers already on process will continue to appear in print. Your new species is of especial interest to local botanists and I suggest that it should be published in a local Journal.

I am sorry that I have to take this decision and wish you success in getting it published.
