我投Elsevier的杂志时，在编辑作者时想把导师作为通讯联系人，但系统说“The author that you have tried to specify as the corresponding author has no records in the registration database. This electronic system requires all corresponding authors to be registered. Click 'Continue and Register' to register this person, or go back to the Previous Page and re-enter the first and last name. ”

我就给导师注册帐号，但系统又说“Duplicate Registration
The data you entered indicates that you have already registered for Elsevier Editorial System. Would you like us to send an e-mail to ****@***** with the Username and Password? ”

这不是自相矛盾吗？大家有谁知道这是怎么回事，着急啊！
