成就动机是个人追求成就的内在动力。本研究以问卷调查法为主,调查结果表明:文科、理科学生成就动机水平存在差异;不同性别学生成就动机差异不显著;考研学生成就动机高于非考研学生;成就动机与大学生自觉性、坚持性人格品质呈正相关。

一、引言成就动机(achievement motive)是个人追求成就的内在动力。成就动机的概念最早是由H.A.Murry(1938)提出的,他认为:凡是成就动机高者,在从事任何工作时,都会设定较高的目标,并能全力以赴,以期做到尽善尽美的地步。因此,成就动机被认为是具有持久性的人格特质之一。阿特金森(Atkinson&Birch,1964)认为,个人的成就动机分为两部分,其一是力求成功的意向,其二是避免失败的意向。即成就动机是由力求成功的倾向强度减去避免失败的倾向强度而形成的。近几十年,成就动机研究取得了丰硕的理论成果,为我们认识人的成就动机特点,揭示成就动机…
achievement motive is individual pursue achievement intrinsic power.This research used questionnaire survey method primarily,its investigation result indicated that:Liberal arts,science subjects students achievement motive level existence difference;The different sex students achievement motive difference is not remarkable;The achievement motive of students who chases to join the postgraduate examination are higher than the non-exams for postgraduate schools students;Achievement motive and university students' self-consciousness,the persisting personality quality present the correlation.
